(Note: I had to do this as I use a roll-up desk where my mini is placed inside one of the desk's drawers.) Since these are all in the back, you may need to use an extended USB cable to place the receiver in the front of the mini should there be too much interference between the receiver & where the keyboard is located. Which one do you actually have? Will you only be connecting keyboard to a single device (Mac mini)? If so, then again, the receiver will need to be connected to one of the available USB-A ports on the mini. I see that Logitech now has a MX Keys Mini version of this keyboard.
